Return & Exchange Policy

Avallone puts the utmost care and attention into the creation of all its own products from the moment we receive your order until delivery to your house and beyond. We want you to love what you order so if there is something wrong with the item(s) you receive, or you are dissatisfied with your retail purchase, please let us know. 

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us and we will help you make the return/exchange process as easy as possible.
Any product which you have notified us of that you want to exchange or obtain a refund, must be returned to us within a maximum of 30 days from the date of delivery.
All the returns MUST be communicated by sending an email to returns@avalloneluxury.com. Please include the following:

  • Your complete contact information (name, email, shipping address).
  • Reason for wanting to exchange or return the product you bought.
  • Order number, found on the receipt your product came with.

After the unworn/unwashed merchandise has been returned and the contents of the package have been checked, we will immediately proceed with the reimbursement or the exchange.

Please Note: if the item you are returning contains any sign of usage, wear and tear, or damage, you will not be eligible for a refund, and your item will be shipped back to you. 

Avallone reserves the right to refuse delivery of items sent without our prior authorization.
We at Avallone would like to inform all of our international customers that we are based in the United States. When goods are returned to us from outside the United States, costs involved could be more than if you were shipping it locally. Your shipment may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes of which the amount is not predictable. These costs will be your responsibility.

Refund Policy

In case of a return, Avallone will reimburse you in the same form as the original payment type.
Please note that:

  • In case of a Return and Exchange for defective or mistaken items Avallone will either refund you in full or replace the item which was defective or mistaken, entirely at its own expense.
  • The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  • If you are returning an item for reasons other than it is defective or mistakenly sent by Avallone, you may return the item at your expense and Avallone will make a full refund LESS shipping, import/export taxes, and duties originally paid for by Avallone. Duties or other charges imposed by your government are not refunded.
  • If the item/s have a value of $500.00 dollars or more, there will be an additional 10% restocking fee.

In all cases, if you wish to make an exchange you will be responsible for the new shipping charge.

Second Returns


You can return your exchanged item within 60 days from the delivery date of your original order. Please note that for second returns, we can not guarantee refunds, only store credits and exchanges. Shipping fees may apply.
